The joy of movement

I’ve been teaching group exercise classes since 2000. I strive to provide a high-energy, positive experience in which everyone feels welcomed, successful, and empowered to realize the joy of movement and music. I believe that movement is medicine for the soul, not just the body. The focus in my classes is on feeling good, sensing your own beauty and strength, and celebrating life. Cardio Dance

A high-energy, mixed-impact dance-fitness workout set to Pop and Dance Music hits. Each song has its own follow-along choreography that integrates traditional fitness moves with the feel and expression of dance. No dance experience necessary; modify the moves to make them yours!

BollyX

A high-energy, mixed-impact dance-fitness workout set to the hottest music from Bollywood films and the latest Desi Pop and Bhangra hits. The dynamic, expressive, and fun follow-along choreography will get you moving, sweating, and smiling. Watch official BollyX choreo here.

These classes are held in the beautiful ballroom of the Lucie Stern Community Center in Palo Alto, CA.

$15 drop-in or purchase discounted packages ($6.50-7.50 per class). First class is free (on-site registration required).

I teach Cardio Dance, BollyX, and 305 Fitness for the Stanford Recreation Program. Schedule varies by quarter. See the program website for the latest line-up!

Cardio Dance is high-energy dance-fitness workout set to Pop and Dance Music hits. Each song has its own follow-along choreography designed to get your heart rate up, tap into the power of music, and make you feel like a dancer. This workout is an endorphin blast you don’t want to miss!

BollyX is a high-energy dance-fitness workout set to the hottest music from Bollywood films and the latest Desi Pop and Bhangra hits. The dynamic, expressive, and fun follow-along choreography will get you moving, sweating, and smiling. Watch official BollyX choreo here.

305 Fitness® is a cardio dance party set to a DJ mix of pop, dance, and hip hop music. The focus is on high-energy, full-body moves, so you can get you heart rate up and release endorphins. A ten minute strength and endurance segment will leave you feeling empowered. This class is fun, fierce, and full-out. Check out 305’s YouTube workouts to get the vibe!

These classes are open only to Stanford students, faculty, staff, and alumni. To attend, you must have a Stanford ID and purchase a quarterly Group Fitness pass.
